Booking, Visits & Policies

How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment through our online booking page, or call or text us at (480) 513-8813. If you’re unsure which service to choose, contact us and our team can help you find a starting point.

I’m a new patient. What should I expect at my first visit?

We’ll review your health history and any previous treatments, talk through your goals, and discuss options that may be appropriate for you. Please complete your new patient form before your appointment if possible. If you need help, arrive a few minutes early.

Do I need a consultation before a treatment?

No. Services booked without a consultation always include a brief review of what you want to achieve and any health concerns that may affect your treatment. If you’re unsure whether you’re a candidate for a service, what a treatment can do for you, or what it will cost, a consultation lets us address your questions and determine whether a treatment is right for you. This is especially helpful for wellness or aesthetic injection treatments. We’ll explain the options and pricing before you decide how to proceed.

Can I book a consultation with time to treat immediately after if I wish to proceed the same day?

Yes. Just let us know when you book so we can allow enough time.

Can I receive treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please call us to be sure, as it depends on the type of treatment. We offer 100% organic facials, and our massage oils and lotions are always 100% organic. Several of our licensed massage therapists are certified for prenatal treatments after the first trimester (or with a doctor’s note during the first trimester). We do not provide treatments such as aesthetic injections to clients who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

How many treatments will I need?

It depends on the service, your goals and how your body responds. Some services involve a series of appointments or maintenance visits. Your provider can discuss a plan and expected timing during a consultation.

Are treatment results guaranteed?

Results vary from person to person. Your provider can explain what a treatment may realistically achieve, how long results may last, and what follow-up care may be recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $50 fee, and missed appointments are charged the full service price. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Please contact us if you need to change your appointment.

Muscle Relaxers, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra & Radiesse

What is the difference between neurotoxins/muscle relaxers such as Botox and dermal fillers?

Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify (vegan) and Dysport are wrinkle-relaxing injections, while dermal fillers are used to restore or add volume in selected areas. The right option depends on your goals and an individual assessment. Your provider can explain the differences and discuss potential effects and benefits.

What areas do you treat with muscle relaxers?

We focus on FDA-approved areas. Between the major brands we offer, this includes the forehead, glabella and crow’s feet. We also treat the masseter, DAO, bunny lines, lip flips, TMJ, migraines, “Trap-Tox,” excessive sweating and more.

What concerns can dermal fillers address?

Dermal fillers may be used to restore volume or enhance contours in selected areas. Your provider will assess your goals and discuss which product, if any, may be appropriate.

How are Sculptra, Radiesse and peptides different from dermal fillers?

They are different injectable treatments with different purposes and treatment plans. Dermal fillers replace hyaluronic acid that the skin loses with age, while Sculptra and peptide injections stimulate the body’s own production of elastin and collagen. During a consultation, your provider can explain the options and help you decide what may best suit your goals.

Can I return to my regular activities after injectable treatments?

Aftercare and recovery vary depending on the treatment and the individual. For example, we may recommend avoiding lying down for at least 4 hours after Botox, or not receiving other facial treatments for 2 weeks after filler. Your provider will give you instructions specific to your treatment.

Facials, Chemical Peels & Microneedling

How do I know which facial or skin treatment is right for me?

Our facials are customized to your skincare needs. During your visit, your provider can discuss your concerns and recommend options based on your skin and goals. Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone.

Are facials customized?

Yes. Our signature facials are customized to your skin and may include steps such as deep cleansing, extractions, exfoliation, brow wax/shape, hot steam and hot towel therapy, scalp, neck and shoulder massage, a treatment masque, serums appropriate for your skin, eye serum and lip treatment. The exact treatment depends on your skin and the service you select.

What is a chemical peel?

A chemical peel uses a safe but highly effective solution to exfoliate the skin. We offer several peel options, and your provider can recommend one based on your skin, goals and treatment history.

What is microneedling?

Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. It may be used to address concerns such as texture, the appearance of scars, fine lines or uneven pigmentation. Your provider can explain whether it is appropriate for you and what aftercare to follow. Ask about our 3-pak specials, which include post-care kits.

IPL & Morpheus8

What is IPL used for?

IPL, or intense pulsed light, is a treatment that may help improve the appearance of concerns such as sun damage, uneven pigmentation, redness or visible capillaries. A brief consultation helps determine whether IPL is suitable for your skin.

What is Morpheus8?

Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. It may be used on selected face or body areas to address concerns such as skin texture or the appearance of fine lines. This very popular treatment is excellent for anti-aging, acne scar correction, skin tightening on the face and other body areas, and more. Your provider can discuss treatment areas, timing and expected recovery.

How many skin treatments will I need?

The number and timing of treatments depend on the service, your skin and your goals. Your provider can recommend a plan after assessing the area.

Laser Hair Removal

Which areas can be treated with laser hair removal?

We offer treatment for a range of face and body areas. See more detail on our website, contact us, or schedule a consultation to confirm whether your preferred area can be treated.

How many laser hair removal appointments will I need?

Most people need a minimum of 6 treatments for the same area, about 4 weeks apart. The number of appointments varies by treatment area and individual hair growth. Your provider can discuss a suggested schedule and whether maintenance appointments may be helpful.

How should I prepare for laser hair removal?

Shave the area(s) to be treated the night before or the morning of your treatment. Avoid sun exposure and spray tans before treatments. Always let us know if you are on a prescription antibiotic or other medication that may cause sun sensitivity, or if you use a retinol-type product. Every body is different, so we will clarify instructions at your treatment to support optimal results.

CoolSculpting & CoolTone

What is the difference between CoolSculpting and CoolTone?

CoolSculpting is a nonsurgical treatment intended to reduce selected pockets of fat. CoolTone uses muscle stimulation to target and enhance muscle tone. They have different purposes, and a consultation can help determine which option best fits your goals.

Are these treatments for weight loss?

No. CoolSculpting and CoolTone are body-contouring treatments, not weight-loss programs. Your provider can help you understand what each treatment may and may not address.

Can CoolSculpting and CoolTone be combined?

Yes. Many clients treat with both services, depending on their goals and individual assessment. Your provider can advise whether a combined plan is appropriate and discuss the order and timing. Discounts are always available, and combining both services brings even more savings and value.

triLift by Lumines

What is triLift?

triLift is a nonsurgical treatment that may combine muscle stimulation and radiofrequency technologies to address skin texture on the face and body. Your provider can explain which components are appropriate for your concerns.

Is triLift a single treatment?

The recommended plan depends on the treatment components selected and your goals. The most common plan is 6 sessions about 1 to 2 weeks apart to establish muscle memory, and each treatment lasts about 30 minutes. During a consultation, your provider can review the options, timing and expected results.

Massage

What types of massage do you offer?

Our massage services include options such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, prenatal, craniosacral, reflexology, pre- and post-surgery, sports therapy, lymphatic drainage for the face and/or body, hot stone, Ashiatsu and more. Availability and suitability depend on your needs and pressure preferences.

Can I request a specific pressure or focus area?

Yes. Let your massage therapist know your preferences, comfort level, and any areas you would like them to focus on or avoid. Our experienced licensed massage therapists are all skilled in multiple modalities, and we’ll help match your interests with their skills.

Do you offer prenatal massage?

Yes, after the first trimester, or within the first trimester with a doctor’s clearance. Please let us know when booking if the massage is prenatal.

Wellness & Weight Management

How do I know if I can benefit from a wellness injection?

A brief, complimentary consultation with our Nurse Practitioner, who has over 11 years of wellness, hormone health and weight management experience, will clarify whether you are a candidate for beneficial injections such as vitamin shots (D, B-12 and more) and NAD+. You can receive them occasionally in our office when you feel a need, or on a regular basis either in our office or with take-home prescription doses to self-administer, based on your preference.

What happens at a weight-management consultation?

We discuss your health history, lifestyle and goals. Depending on your needs, the evaluation may include assessments or lab work. If you have a recent blood-lab report, please bring it to your consultation. Our provider will explain the available options and whether medical treatment may be appropriate.

Is Semaglutide or Tirzepatide right for everyone?

No. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are prescription medications, and a qualified provider must review your health history and determine whether either may be appropriate. They can also discuss potential effects, benefits and alternatives.

Does a Semaglutide or Tirzepatide program include follow-up care?

Weight-management plans may include follow-up visits to review your progress and adjust the plan when needed. We always review all options with you and clarify what type of follow-up, and how many visits, are included in your current program.

What is NAD+?

NAD+ is a coenzyme that occurs naturally in the body and plays a major role in cellular energy production. Benefits of NAD+ injections may include boosted energy and metabolism, reduced inflammation, improved sleep quality, and anti-aging support at the cellular level for both brain and body. Ask your provider if NAD+ may be a benefit for you.

Chiropractic

When is the best time to see your chiropractor?

Dr. Christopher McDaniel is available for walk-in appointments every Wednesday from 3 to 6 PM. He accepts all insurance plans as well as Medicare. Patients without insurance generally receive full adjustments for approximately $50 per session.
